“Janet Harris Timms is a country girl and nature lover at heart, and is inspired by the natural beauty and wildlife surrounding her home in the country (near Alexandria).  She has always admired the work of wildlife artist Robert Bateman and is an avid bird watcher.

She uses oil on canvas, and specializes in painting the birds and animals she loves in true-to-life detail . . . ‘all creatures great and small’. Her work has been recognized locally in Eastern Ontario with awards and prizes. She is a member of ‘The Collective’ art group for North and South Glengarry artists, and her work is regularly displayed in local exhibitions.

Have you considered having a portrait made of your beloved family pet?  If so, Janet would be happy to talk to you about it and to hear your ideas.”
