"Craft has been my lifelong passion. I completed training as a goldsmith at George Brown College in 2015, and did subsequent study in Gemmology at the Canadian Gemmological Association in 2016. After working as a bench jeweller for other businesses for several years, I launched LOLA Jewellery in 2019 and the business continues to expand every year. I now work exclusively out of my home studio in Alexandria, Ontario. I use traditional metalsmithing techniques like soldering, forging, sawing, polishing, enamelling, wire-working, etching and texturing to achieve striking pieces using sterling silver, copper, enamel and gemstones."
