"Art has always fascinated me. That you could sit down and make a drawing of an airplane flying through clouds or that you could rub soft bricks together to make a dog or a fake grenade. Over many years of experimenting I have tried paint, pen and ink, clay, wood, stone. My subjects include the natural environment; trees, clouds, landscapes but also creatures and imaginary places that arrive spontaneously in my sketch books. For me it is a playful universe."
