"Entrepreneur & artist, ecofriendly B&B host at Riverview farm in Alexandria, Laura Peck is Glengarry’s zero waste activist & chronicler. Creator of the “French Toast et Pain Perdu” podcast, she's working on her first gourmet novella. Her passion for reclaimed wood and stamps came together in 2023. In 2024, two of her works passed the juried show at the Glengarry Nor'westers and Loyalist Museum in Williamstown.
