Acrylic on Canvas, Graphite, Linoleum, Needlework, Papier Mâché, Watercolour, Wood

"I like to work with recyclable materials, turning carboard boxes into small pieces of furniture, doll houses, storage and work boxes; wine bottles into offbeat figurines and scraps of linoleum into painted mats. I believe art can be practical as well as ornamental and bring delight to the mundane things in our lives, such as floor mats or pencil holders. I enjoy using acrylics, watercolours and pencils (colour or graphite) to paint or draw flowers and animals. I also write and illustrate children’s stories for the Glengarry Trails story boxes."
