"I grew up the youngest of 6 kids, in the forest outside of Alexandria, Ontario. I've always had a passion for art and so I studied interior decorating at Algonquin College and then art history at Carleton University in Ottawa. Also having a passion for exploring and learning about new cultures, I spent a year teaching English in South Korea and then had the opportunity to teach art to kids in Northern Quebec for a couple years. Since then, I have a few different painting series on the go, such as the food exclamation points, the flower and animal nymphs, and "Analogs". I usually like to play with a happy nostalgic vibe in my paintings! When I’m not painting, I enjoy cooking and baking, bike rides, thrifting, beachcombing, tennis, walks in the forest with my cats, and renovating an old house in Charlottetown, PEI with my boyfriend!!"
